3.3.4.16.3. Installation of pistons and rods
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To wipe half of rod at a cover and the bottom part of the loose leaf and to establish into place the loose leaf so that an adjusting uvula has entered into a corresponding cut in a rod.
2. If loose leaves do not vary on new, to track that they were established on former places to corresponding rods.
3. Pistons with rods are established in corresponding cylinders from above the block of cylinders.
4. To arrange locks of piston rings as follows:
     – The top: 150 ° in one party from a joint of a spiral dilator маслосъемного rings;
     – The central: 150 ° in other party from a joint of a spiral dilator маслосъемного rings;
     – The bottom: a spiral dilator маслосъемного rings opposite to noted lobby of the party of the piston;
     – маслосъемное a ring, intermediate rings: 25 mm from each party of a backlash of a spiral dilator.
5. To grease the piston and piston rings with engine oil.
6. To establish the universal adaptation for compression of piston rings and to prepare for installation of the first piston in the cylinder. To check up: shatunno-piston groups should correspond to numbers of cylinders, the rod should be established in a correct direction, the forward part of the piston should settle down to a forward part of the engine (on the piston bottom there is a corresponding arrow or a label).
7. To grease a skirt of the piston and to insert shatunno-piston group into a cylinder aperture so that the bottom part of the adaptation for compression of piston rings has settled down at the block of cylinders.
8. Cautiously, but strongly to knock with the hammer handle on the piston, to establish the piston in the cylinder.
9. To grease шатунные necks with engine oil and to turn a cranked shaft so that шатунные necks have appeared in the most convenient position for installation on them of rods.
10. To wipe a cover of the bearing of a rod and an outer side of the loose leaf and to establish loose leaves into place so that an adjusting uvula of the loose leaf has entered into an adjusting flute in a rod cover.
11. To grease the bearing and to establish a cover on a rod.
12. To establish to the place of a rod nut.
13. To tighten nuts динамометрическим a key according to the inhaling moment.
14. When all rods will be established into place, to turn a cranked shaft, to make sure that the shaft rotates freely, without jamming.
