THE GENERAL DATA

After dismantling of the engine and clearing of all its details of a dirt and oil, they should be checked up on presence of signs of deterioration. When on a detail there are no established limits of deterioration, it is necessary to solve, whether it is necessary to replace this detail new or it is suitable for the further use. At decision-making such factors, as prospective service life of the engine, demanded degree of reliability of a detail and amount of works on dismantling and assemblage which is required further at its replacement are considered.
