Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the car over the viewing channel or on the lift and to disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. From outside a motor compartment to unscrew four top bolts of fastening of an automatic transmission to the block of cylinders of the engine. 3. To disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a collector. 4. To disconnect rubber elements of a suspension bracket from скоб fastenings of a back part of final system and to suspend system to a body by means of a wire. 5. To disconnect карданный a shaft from a transmission and to muffle an aperture in its back part картера a stopper from an artificial material that was not вытекания oils. 6. To remove the stabilizer. 7. To disconnect electric wires from a starter and to remove a starter. 8. On models with engine V6 to uncover the distributor. 9. To remove маслозаливную a tube and to close a stopper an aperture in картере transmissions. 10. To unscrew 4 bolts of fastening of a beam of transmission to lateral crossbeams and 1 bolt of fastening of transmission. 11. To disconnect маслопроводы from a radiator of oil and to muffle their apertures. 12. To remove two protection and knot of draughts of the lever of a gear change. 13. To disconnect a cable from the lever of a reduction of transfers and from the holder of a cable. 14. To disconnect a sheaf of electric wires from the relay of safe start of the engine. 15. To disconnect a cable of a drive of the speedometer, located on картере the extension piece. 16. To disconnect the vacuum pipeline from a vacuum regulator of an automatic transmission and to remove an arm. 17. To unscrew through an aperture of the removed starter bolts of fastening of a disk of a drive of hydrokinetic transfer (the fastening bolt is specified by an arrow). 18. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a cross-beam from a transmission and cautiously to lower a transmission. 19. To take a transmission, holding hydrokinetic transfer in it картера.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In case of need to take the rings directing a flange of hydrokinetic transfer, and to press them into the block of cylinders of the engine. 2. To establish hydrokinetic transfer in картере if it has been taken from it. The stopper plum of oil of hydrokinetic transfer should be in an aperture axis приводного a disk. After installation of hydrokinetic transfer on a corresponding place in картере it is necessary to check up, whether makes the control size () between a flange of hydrokinetic transfer and a face-to-face surface картера 10 mm. 3. To tighten bolts of a flange after check, whether hydrokinetic transfer in картере freely rotates. 4. To oil for automatic transmissions and to insert the pipeline of filling by oil into the short pipeline on картере. 5. To attach a suspension bracket cross-beam to a transmission. 6. To lift a transmission and to fix a suspension bracket cross-beam to a body. 7. To insert and tighten the corresponding moment fastening bolts приводного a disk to hydrokinetic transfer. 8. To connect electric wires to a starter and the relay of safe start of the engine, and also the vacuum pipeline to a vacuum regulator of a transmission. 9. To connect pipelines to a radiator of oil and a cable of a drive of a speedometer. 10. To connect a cable to the holder about a transmission, and also to the lever of a reduction of transfers. 11. To establish the lever of a gear change and a control lever at a transmission in position "D" and to fix elements of the external mechanism of management of an automatic transmission (without their drive). 12. From an aperture in a back part картера transmissions to take a stopper from an artificial material and to establish карданный a shaft. 13. To establish the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket. 14. To attach скобы, holding vacuum pipelines and маслопроводы. 15. To attach a suspension bracket of a back part of final system to a body. 16. To check up level of oil and if necessary to fill quantity of oil in a transmission (look the corresponding description in subsection 7.3.2.2). 17. To check up tightness of connections and pipelines.
