Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the negative plug from the accumulator.
2. To remove a radiator and to disconnect a hose from a thermostat casing.
3. To establish a transmission in neutral position and to fix the car a lay brake.
4. To remove клиновой a belt for what to weaken bolts, крепящие the generator and to shift it towards the engine.
5. To establish the piston of 1 cylinder in the top dead point, turning a cranked shaft for a bolt, крепящий a pulley клинового a belt, in a direction of working rotation until the label of the top dead point will not be combined with a label on a casing of a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft, and the label on a cam-shaft pulley will not be combined with a label on a head of the block of cylinders. To note position of a rotor of the distributor in relation to the distributor case for what to uncover the distributor having raised a screw-driver 2 lateral fixing скобы and having unscrewed 2 screws of fastening of a cover.
6. To unscrew bolts, крепящие a casing of a gear belt, to reject aside and forward and to remove it.
7. To weaken a tension of a gear belt, in the beginning having unscrewed a bolt with internal шестигранником (a key s=6) on the block of a tension of a belt, and then a bolt with шестигранной a head (s=16) and overcoming resistance of a spring, to incline the block of a tension and completely to unscrew bolts.
8. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of an auxiliary belt and to remove a pulley of a belt from a cranked shaft. If the gear belt acts in film only from a cam-shaft pulley to remove a pulley from a cranked shaft does not follow. For an exception проворачивания a cranked shaft at pulley unscrewing it is necessary to fix a flywheel for teeths of a gear wreath or to include the fifth transfer and to the assistant to press against the stop a foot brake.
9. To remove a pulley auxiliary приводного a belt.
10. To remove directing washer before приводным a pulley of a gear belt.
11. To remove a gear belt, preliminary having noted a direction of its rotation.

The prevention

It is impossible to turn the engine for a cam-shaft pulley as it can destroy a belt. At presence on a belt of cracks, traces of oil or damages of teeths, it is necessary to replace a belt.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check up coincidence of labels on a pulley of a camshaft and a head of the block of cylinders. If necessary to combine labels.
2. An intermediate shaft to establish so that the label on a distributor rotor was over меткою on the brink of the distributor. It is preliminary necessary to uncover the distributor, having raised a screw-driver 2 lateral fixing скобы and having unscrewed 2 screws of fastening of a cover.
3. To establish a gear belt on a pulley of a cranked shaft and to tighten on cranked to a shaft an auxiliary pulley клинового a belt.
4. To establish a gear belt on a pulley of a cam-shaft and to weaken the block of a tension of a belt.
5. To turn on two turns a cranked shaft for a pulley клинового a belt so that the tension block became on a gear belt and to tighten the tension block: at first a bolt with шестигранной a head, and then with internal шестигранником.
6. To turn a cranked shaft on 2 turns and to check up conformity of labels on a pulley of a cam-shaft, a rotor of the distributor of ignition and a pulley клинового a belt of a cranked shaft.
7. To turn a cranked shaft on 2 turns clockwise and then on 60 ° counter-clockwise and to check up a belt tension using a measuring instrument of a tension of a belt 21-113 which is necessary for establishing on the longest branch of a belt. The normal tension of a belt corresponds 4–5 units, for a belt which was in the use, and 10–11 units for a new belt (fig. Sequence of check of a tension of a gear belt see).
8. In the absence of a measuring instrument of a tension of a belt to define a tension it is possible, turning a belt big and a forefinger. Optimum it is considered a tension if at applying of moderate effort the belt turns on 90 °.
9. To establish a casing of a gear belt.
10. To establish a cover of the distributor of ignition.
