Adjustment of a backlash of valves
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To remove the air filter, to mark and disconnect wires of a high voltage from the distributor of ignition and spark plugs.
| 2. To uncover heads of the block of cylinders, having unscrewed ten bolts of its fastening (in an order, the return shown on fig. the Order of a tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders).
| 3. To unscrew spark plugs for simplification проворачивания a cranked shaft of the engine.
|4. To turn a cranked shaft (in a direction of its working rotation) before installation of a cam of the checked valve upwards.
|5. With the help щупа to check up a backlash between a pusher and a cam of the given valve (fig. Check of backlashes of valves see). The backlash measured in a cold condition of the engine between a core of the valve and its pusher should make 0,20 mm for the inlet valve and 0,25 mm for the final.
|6. In case of need it is necessary to adjust a valve backlash, having unscrewed a counternut and in appropriate way turning a bolt of adjustment of a backlash (3) (fig. Adjustment of a backlash of valves see).
|7. Similarly to check up and if necessary to adjust backlashes of other valves.
|8. After check and adjustment of backlashes of valves to establish a cover of a head with a new lining and to tighten the corresponding moments ten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in an order shown on fig. the Order of a tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
|9. To screw up new spark plugs.
|10. To connect high voltage wires to the distributor of ignition and spark plugs.
|11. To establish the air filter.
