Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. To weaken bolts of fastening of the generator and to remove клиновой a belt of its drive. 3. To remove a casing of a gear belt. 4. To remove a pulley from a cranked shaft and its persistent lining. 5. To establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ, to designate position of a rotor of the distributor and to remove the ignition distributor. 6. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley on intermediate to a shaft. 7. To weaken fastening of the tension device and to remove a gear belt. 8. To remove the fuel pump and a drive pusher. 9. To unscrew a cover of an intermediate shaft, an adjusting plate and to remove an intermediate shaft. 10. To take a sealing ring from a cover of an intermediate shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish in a cover a sealing ring of an intermediate shaft. 2. To fix in the block of cylinders an intermediate shaft and an adjusting plate. To check up axial люфт an intermediate shaft (in case of need to replace an adjusting plate, selecting accordingly its thickness). 3. To oil edges of a sealing ring and to establish it on an intermediate shaft together with a cover with the help the adaptation 21.009 And. 4. To establish a pulley on an intermediate shaft. 5. To insert into an aperture in the block of cylinders a pusher of a drive of the fuel pump and to fix the pump. 6. To establish a pulley on intermediate to a shaft so that edges of strengthening of a pulley have been directed towards the block of cylinders. 7. To check up, whether there correspond positions of a cranked shaft, a cam-shaft and the distributor of ignition to position of the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ. To fix the distributor of ignition and to check up correctness of its installation. 8. To establish a gear belt and to adjust its tension. 9. To establish on cranked to a shaft a persistent lining, and then to fix a pulley on cranked to a shaft. 10. To establish a casing of a gear belt. 11. To establish клиновой a belt of a drive of the generator and the fan, to adjust its tension (the deflection should make 10 mm in the middle between pulleys of a cranked shaft and the generator). 12. To establish the ignition distributor, to connect wires of a high voltage and a weight wire to the accumulator.
