The key in the ignition lock can occupy following positions:
0 – ignition is switched off;
The prevention Categorically it is forbidden to establish a key in position 0 during car movement.
I – the steering is unblocked. Ignition and all other electric chains are disconnected;
II – ignition is included, all electric chains energised, control bulbs work. This position of a key is normal at movement and car towage;
III – start of the engine by a starter. After engine start immediately to release a key.
After extraction of a key from the ignition lock there is a steering blocking. |
