Gear wheels and transmission shaft

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear a surface of a transmission kerosene and dry to wipe it. 2. To remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling together with the lever. 3. To unscrew and remove the switch of lanterns of a backing. 4. To unscrew fastening bolts картера couplings (are specified by arrows) and to remove it. 5. To unscrew bolts and to remove from the forward party of a transmission directing plug of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling with a lining. 6. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to remove the top cover with a lining. By an arrow the arrangement of spring locks of keeping of the included transfer is shown. 7. To unscrew bolts and to take from back картера a lock plate of a gear wheel of 5th transfer. 8. To take from back картера a lock spring with a clamp of a plug of inclusion of 5th transfer. 9. Through an aperture for the lever of a gear change by means of a screw-driver to beat out a back cover back картера. 10. To include a reverse gear and to displace an axis of the lever of a choice of transfers back. To establish an axis on wooden брусок, then to take a roller pin of fastening of the selector and to remove a connector from the back end of a rod of a choice of transfers. 11. To unscrew bolts and to remove back картер. 12. To remove with back картера a cover and to take a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer. 13. To establish gear wheels in neutral position then with the help шестигранного a key to unscrew screws of fastening and to remove заглушку a clamp of the lever of a choice of transfers sideways картера transmissions, then to take a spring and a clamp. 14. To take a pin from a nave of the lever of a choice of transfers and from an axis of the lever of a choice of transfers. 15. To remove aligning spring of an axis of the lever of a choice of transfers and a clamp of 5th transfer. For this purpose by means of a small screw-driver to beat out заглушку and a pin and to displace a clamp from an axis of the lever of a choice of transfers. 16. To note a relative positioning of details of the mechanism of switching, then to take a shaft from a back part of a transmission, to remove the plug of a shaft and a lock plate, plugs of the first / second, third / fourth transfers, a plug and the transitive plug of the fifth transfer. 17. To take a lock ring and to extend the block of synchronisation of the fifth transfer from the general casing, having left it in a free condition on secondary to a shaft. To displace a conducted gear wheel of the fifth transfer from a nave of the block of synchronisation of the fifth transfer. 18. To include simultaneously two transfers (for transmission blocking) and to unscrew a nut of fastening of a gear wheel of 5th transfer on intermediate to a shaft. 19. By means of a core to squeeze out back an axis of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft. It is necessary to keep constantly contact of a core to an axis of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft not to admit loss of needles of the bearing. 20. To attach the adaptation to a forward part картера transmissions. 21. To remove a gear wheel of 5th transfer from an intermediate shaft by means of the adaptation 16.033. 22. To insert back on a former place an axis of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft, pushing out a hand an axis of the adaptation 16.033. 23. To remove a lock ring of the bearing of the block of gear wheels in an average part картера transmissions. 24. To take the remote plug of the bearing. 25. To switch off both earlier included transfers. 26. To unscrew on 6–7 mm a bolt holding an average part картера of a transmission, and to remove an average part картера. 27. To press the bearing of the block of gear wheels deep into an average part картера by means of two thin screw-drivers (1 and 2 – screw-drivers, 3 – a bolt) and to remove an external ring of the bearing. 28. To move an axis of the block of gear wheels back so that it was possible to take the block of gear wheels from картера. 29. To lay the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft on a bottom of a forward part картера transmissions. 30. To take a secondary shaft together with an average part картера. 31. To remove a primary shaft. 32. By means of a corresponding stripper (the plug of the big diameter, bolt М8х60 together with a nut) to remove an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear. 33. To take a lock ring and an axis of the lever of a reverse gear. 34. From the bottom part картера a primary shaft to remove a magnet.

Assemblage

Before assemblage it is necessary to wash out and check up a condition of bearings, synchronizers and gear wheels.

Transmission assemblage is carried out in return sequence in relation to process of its dismantling. In an installation time it is necessary to pay attention to following actions.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To grease консистентной подшипниковой with greasing of a needle of bearings of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft and correctly to arrange them on an axis forming an internal racetrack. 2. By means of the adaptation 16.033 to establish a gear wheel of 5th transfer on intermediate to a shaft. The remote plug from outside gear wheels should be covered by greasing for maintenance of free rotation of a gear wheel. 3. A carving of the bolts which are screwed up in through apertures картера, before installation it is necessary to cover with corresponding hermetic. 4. Before a tightening of a back part картера transmissions it is necessary to check up transmission functioning (possibility of inclusion of separate transfers and free rotation of shaft).
